5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your most recent deposit where this is possible.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. This typically requires submitting a copy of your CNIC and confirming your registered phone number or email.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have their associated wagering requirement completed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Your real money balance can be withdrawn at any time unless it is the only balance covering an active bonus wagering requirement.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
